You can find his story here.

Today we pass the halfway point between Ash Wednesday and Easter.
How are you doing on the journey?

Readings:
2 Timothy 1:13-14; 2:1-3 (Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus)
Psalm 96:1-3, 7-8, 10 “Proclaim God’s marvelous deeds to all the nations”
+Matthew 9:35-38 (Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out laborers)

I have the antidote
to the distress
that plagues the world!

It was entrusted to me
by the Lord
Whose Heart is moved
by so much suffering.

I must not only
tend the wounds,
but multiply
my meager efforts,
by equipping
other laborers
to minister
the remedy
to meet the crying need.

How do I respond to the urgency of God’s compassion for suffering souls?
Do I encourage others to reach out to them too?
